ERRATA: Rule 2 should say "The path crosses every ice region (not necessarily each ice square) at least once."
Looks like the skating courses have been set up for the event! All the skaters are going to want to figure out an optimal path for their routines, and they're going to need your help!
For each skating course, construct a path from IN to OUT which follows the following rules over the ice (blue tiles) and normal ground (white tiles):

- Ice is slippery, so the path can't turn on ice squares!
- The path crosses every ice region (not necessarily each ice square) at least once.
- The path can only cross itself when going across an ice square.
- The path must follow every arrow on the grid in the specified direction.
